LEBANON, N.H. — Stephen Whitney Dickey, husband, father, banker, sailor and generous community leader, died peacefully at his home in Lebanon, N.H., surrounded by loved ones and Sascha, his adored dog, on Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013. He was 89 years old. None who knew him will forget his forthright integrity, sense of humor and the twinkle in his green eyes.
BAR HARBOR — Rosalie (Goldthwaite) Lynch died peacefully after a period of declining health at the Mount Desert Island Hospital in Bar Harbor, Feb. 15, 2013, with her eldest daughter, Patricia, and Charles Rasmussen by her side. She was born the second of eight children on May 30, 1924, to the late Rea Goldthwaite and Marjorie (Loop) Goldthwaite. She had been living with her youngest daughter, Lynn, and her husband, Jeff Parsons, who graciously opened their home in Southwest Harbor to her in the fall of 2012.
