Michael A. Berrios, 33, Hartford, Conn. Unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs at Milbridge, Sept. 11. Transferred to Machias Superior Court.

Robert H. Boggia Jr., 27, of Blue Hill. Unlawful possession of scheduled drug and criminal forfeiture of property at Blue Hill, Sept. 14, 2011. Dismissed.

Robert Elwell Brewer, 31, Stonington. Theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Sedgwick, Nov. 10, 2011. Jail sentence for 60 days. Restitution of $4,205.

Gorham Clifton, 36, Orland. Unlawful possession of scheduled drug at Orland, March 21, 2012. Fined $1,000. Jail sentence for 11 months, all but 90 days suspended. One year probation. Restitution of $320. Unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs at Orland, Aug. 13. Dismissed.

Craig C. Franck, 31, Otis. Theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Dedham, Dec. 3, 2008. Department of Corrections for three years. Theft by deception at Dedham, Dec. 3, 2008. Department of Corrections for six months.

Melissa B. Gott, 30, Seal Cove. Unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs at Southwest Harbor, Nov. 9. Dismissed.

Isreal D. Hall, 34, Hancock. Theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Swan’s Island, April 22, 2012. Department of Corrections for two years, six months, all suspended. Theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release at Swan’s Island, April 22, 2012. Dismissed. Burglary at Swan’s Island, April 22, 2012. Department of Corrections for three years, 6 months, all suspended. Probation for two years. Restitution of $8,495.

Crystal L. Jones, 52, Hancock. Theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Ellsworth, Feb. 19, 2012. Dismissed.

Philip McCarthy, 76, Sedgwick. Assault at Blue Hill, Sept. 2, 2011. Not guilty.

Kathleen Mcdunnah, no age given. Stealing drugs at Bucksport, April 9. Dismissed.

William McManus Sr., 56, Otis. Unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs at Otis, Oct. 29, 2009. Jail sentence for six months. Probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Frank L. Miller, 53, Birch Harbor. Aggravated criminal trespass at Gouldsboro, Aug. 19, 2008. Jail sentence for 270 days. Probation partially revoked. Aggravated assault at Gouldsboro, Oct. 17. Department of Corrections for three years, 6 months, all suspended. Probation for one year, 6 months. Restitution of $1,570.32.

Eric N. Perkins, 24, Ellsworth. Unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs at Blue Hill, Oct. 28, 2009. Jail sentence for 90 days. Probation partially revoked.

Anthony Pollard, 22, East Orland. Burglary and two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Orland, June 20, 2010. Jail sentence for 60 days. Burglary at Orland, June 20, 2010. Jail sentence for 60 days. Probation partially revoked.

Ralph F. Rumill, 39, Sullivan. Theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Lamoine, Feb. 24, 2011. Jail sentence for 60 days. Restitution of $1,950.

Richard G. Sirois, 31, Orrington. Unlawful possession of scheduled drug at Bucksport, Jan. 23, 2012. Unlawful possession of scheduled drug at Bucksport, Jan. 23, 2012. Fined $400. Jail sentence for seven days.

Joseph Sites, 38, Bangor. Theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Dedham, Oct. 30, 2011. Jail sentence for 10 days. Burglary at Dedham, Oct. 30, 2011. Jail sentence for two years, all but 60 days suspended. Probation for two years. Restitution of $1,995.

Aaron B. Soucie, 34, Ellsworth. Unlawful possession of scheduled drug at Ellsworth, Jan. 17. Drug Court.

Alex B. Stanley, 25, Cutler. Operating under the influence at Bar Harbor, Sept. 15, 2009, one prior. Transferred to Ellsworth District Court.
