WINTER HARBOR — Annette Willey, 47, was arrested Feb. 14 on a charge of aggravated assault after allegedly stabbing her boyfriend in the arm with a paring knife, police said.

Police said Willey and her boyfriend were intoxicated and arguing before the event.

Willey said the man punched her in the face before she stabbed him, police said.

The man refused to be transported to the hospital but did allow first responders to treat him at the scene, police said.
