BLUE HILL — Blue Hill Heritage Trust will host a walk and talk focused on closed-canopy hemlock forest ecology.
The public is invited to learn about the ecology of closed-canopy hemlock forests as they tour the Trust’s Patten Stream Preserve on Saturday, Aug. 25, at 10 a.m.
The walk and talk will be led by Pam Johnson, the Trust’s co-vice president and garden designer specializing in native and ecological landscapes.
