ELLSWORTH — Join fellow Ellsworth Area Young Professionals (Yo Pros) as they help out at the Ellsworth Historical Society Wednesday, Aug. 15.
The Historical Society needs help moving boxes of supplies for a preservation project to the second floor as well as assistance with a few other tasks around the building. The Yo Pros will be helping from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and volunteers are welcome for all or part of that time.
It may be a dirty job, so dress appropriately. There will be snacks and refreshments and opportunity to have a look around the museum and former jail.
The Ellsworth Historical Society is located on State Street next to the library.
