ELLSWORTH — Woodlawn will host a talk by Ed Wynn, owner of 5 Seasons Farm, on raising hens.
The program is scheduled for Saturday, July 21, from 9:30 to 11 a.m.
Wynn’s discussion will focus on what it takes to purchase and raise a small number of egg-laying hens, including supplier contact information and a review of feeding and coop design.
The cost to attend the talk is $20 for Woodlawn members and $30 for nonmembers.
