BLUE HILL — The public is invited to join Local Food RULES for a cookout on Saturday, May 26, to celebrate the beginning of another summer of abundance for local food.
The cookout will be held at Peninsula Metamorphic Arts and Learning, 139 Mines Road in Blue Hill (www.pmalcenter.com), from 5 to 8 p.m.
There will be a brief informational meeting and a time to share ideas.
All are invited, and new members can join at the event. Donations will be accepted to pay for use of the facility.
