GOULDSBORO — The Gouldsboro Historical Society will meet Monday, June 4, at 7 p.m. at the Gouldsboro Historical Society Museum, 452 U.S. Route 1 in West Gouldsboro.
Allen Workman will give a talk about Ezra Over (1847–1918), a black entrepreneur of Prospect Harbor. The program will include a reading by Pauline Angione from Miriam Colwell’s 1947 novel “The Day of the Trumpet” and a period hymn presented by the Rev. Don Ashmall. All are welcome to attend this free program.
