A Cuban-style buffet at 5:30 and a film showing are part of the evening.
Whitney who is from Norway, Maine, is a retired pediatrician and frequent traveler to Cuba. He has given presentations in Blue Hill on Colombia, Venezuela and the Latin American School of Medicine.
The talk is being sponsored by Peninsula Peace & Justice.
