William O. Pare, 29, Hancock. Failing to make oral or written accident report at Hancock, Feb. 16. Fined $150.

Maureen G. Robidoux, 49, Bangor. Violating condition of release at Ellsworth, Feb. 17, 2010. Jail sentence for seven days. OUI – one prior at Ellsworth, March 4, 2010. Fined $700. Jail sentence for 90 days all but seven days suspended. License suspended for three years.
