STEUBEN — The Henry D. Moore Library in Steuben will be sponsoring a four-week class titled “Exploring Your World and Beyond with Google Earth.”
Instructor Craig P. Snapp will demonstrate how Google Earth enables users to explore satellite photos of the Earth, the Moon, Mars and the stars from the comfort of a home or library.
The Saturday classes will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on June 23 and 30 and July 7 and 14.
The course is free, but there is an optional fee of $10 for black-and-white copies of all presentation slides and handouts.
Space is limited, so early registration is recommended.
