BLUE HILL — The annual plant sale at the Public Library will take place on Saturday, May 26, between 8 and 11 a.m. on the front lawn of the library, rain or shine.
There will be a large selection of perennials from local gardens, soft fruit canes, vegetable and flower seedlings, a breakfast coffee and bake sale, a gardening book sale, a silent auction of gardening items, a raffle, and more.
A Master Gardener will be on hand to answer gardening questions. Daylilies from hybrider Tom Engle of Surry will again be offered. All proceeds will benefit the library.
