ELLSWORTH — The Ellsworth Duplicate Bridge Club held a club charity championship game for the benefit of Robert and Mary’s Place on April 26.
Finishing first were Petko Petkov of Ellsworth and Vernon Thomas of Surry.
Placing second were Harriet Bowden and Ron Fillmore, both of Ellsworth.
Ed Soper and Tug White, both of Ellsworth, finished third.
Elvira Bass of Blue Hill and Don Liu of Bar Harbor were fourth.
The next game will be held on Thursday, May 10, at 6:30 p.m. at St. Dunstan’s Episcopal Church, 134 State St. in Ellsworth.
