BAR HARBOR — The owners of the Mount Desert Narrows campground have withdrawn an appeal of their property tax bill. Campground owners Stanley Mount Desert Narrows LLC withdrew the appeal earlier this month as the date of their hearing with the board of assessment review was approaching.
Campground owners had previously protested the $2.6 million property valuation, stating that it was too high.
