BLUE HILL — An informational gathering to learn more about migrant farmworkers in Hancock County and the health disparities affecting farmworkers will take place at the Blue Hill Public Library on Wednesday, May 16, at 7 p.m.
Barbara Ginley and Kamis Ley of the Maine Migrant Health Program will speak. The public is invited to attend.
The Maine Migrant Health Program states that its mission is “to improve the health status of migrant and seasonal farm workers and their families by providing culturally appropriate care and services.”
