Garland Jr. and wife, Betsy, of Ellsworth and Christopher Garland and wife, Susan, of Glastonbury, Conn.; grandchildren, Carl Eaton, Sara Allen, Gabriel and Charity Garland, Brandon and Caitlin Garland; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews. Mary’s family would like to thank Maine Coast Memorial Hospital for the excellent care and compassion that was given to her by the staff of the Medical Surgical Unit.
Visitation for friends and family will be held 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2012, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 231 Main St., Ellsworth, with a funeral Mass beginning at 11 a.m. with Father Scott Mower, celebrant.
