BUCKSPORT — Officers were requested at two separate incidents April 10, both described as “family quarrels.” One was on Central Street, the other on Main Street.
Assault Reported
On April 15, a man came into the police station to report he had been assaulted at a local bar.
Break-ins
On April 15, a caller reported an apartment on Buck Street had been broken into.
Thefts from buildings on River Road were reported April 13, and a break-in at a Mast Hill Road property was called in on April 11.
Shady Behavior
A caller reported a “male subject was in the woods” behind Knox View Apartments on April 15.
Pet Problems
Police were alerted to a “beagle running around at Dunkin’ Donuts” on April 10.
A Central Street resident reported April 11 that the neighbor’s dog was on his property.
Two days later, a Bucks Mills Road resident called police April 13 to state that his kids were being chased by the neighbor’s dog.
Dogs running loose were also reported on Turkey Path (April 11) and Millvale Road (April 14).
A Franklin Street resident alerted police to the capture of a stray cat on April 15.

Brandi J. Moore, 27, Bucksport, proof of insurance violation.
Landon J. DeWitt, 27, Isle au Haut, inspection sticker violation.
Robert R. Daigle, 58, of Bucksport, speeding on River Road.
