Equipment Malfunction
A truck had to be towed from a local parking lot April 13, after the breathalyzer lock on the steering wheel malfunctioned.

Shooting a Movie
A man pacing back and forth on the Union River Bridge April 12 roused the suspicion of a passer-by.
The man turned out to be shooting a documentary about glass eels.
