FRANKLIN — The Taunton Bay Oyster Co. Inc., the Department of Marine Resources (DMR) and Michael Briggs will hold a public scoping session on a proposed aquaculture lease application for suspended and bottom culture of oysters located in Taunton and Hog bays in Franklin on Tuesday, April 24, at 6 p.m. at the Franklin Community Center located on Route 182.
This scoping session provides an opportunity for the public to learn about the proposed lease and to have an informal discussion with representatives of DMR and Michael Briggs about this proposal. A scoping session provides for an open discussion and is not an adjudicatory hearing.
