Series Record: Husson has dominated the series, owning a 27-1 lead. Maine Maritime's only win came last year.

The Last Meeting: Maine Maritime snapped Husson's thirty-six game North Atlantic Conference win streak with an 11-10 extra inning victory in game one in Bangor, but the Eagles claimed the second game with a 3-0 win.

Husson's Last Game: Husson University softball took both ends of a North Atlantic Conference (NAC) doubleheader on Sunday from the host Badgers of Johnson State with a game one score of 9-0 (6 innings) and game two ending 18-4 (5 innings).

Maine Maritime's Last Game: Maine Maritime swept Lyndon State in a Sunday, North Atlantic Conference (NAC) double header. The Mariners (12-12, 5-7 NAC) won the first game 7-1, then followed on with an 8-0 win over the Hornets (9-19, 1-9 NAC) in the nightcap.

Five Things You Should Know…

5. Husson brings the stingiest staff of aces the NAC has to offer to Castine. Kody Lyon (10-1) leads the league with a 2.04 ERA, while Becca McCarty (6-5) is second at 2.68. Amanda Ryan (1-1) owns a 2.79 ERA. Lyons' 63 strikeouts is fourth in the league.

4. Maine Maritime is 11-0 this season when leading after four innings.

3. The Eagles lead the league in scoring with 204 runs on the season, 29 more than any other team in the league. Husson's .357 average as a team is far and away the best in the league, as is the Eagles .420 on base percentage. With 99 strikeouts as a team, they are the last NAC team with less than 100 on the year.

2. Abby Yeo went the distance in both halves of MMA's sweep of Lyndon State to improve to 7-5 on the season. Yeo fanned 10 batters and issued a single walk over the 14 innings of work.

1. Erica Taylor tied Maine Maritime's single season record for home runs, bopping her eighth of the season on Sunday afternoon.  She is now tied with McKenzie Burke for third in career home runs with eight round trips.
