ELLSWORTH — The Sand Castle Ocean & Nature Store on Main Street will host a book signing and photography show featuring Blue Hill photographer Marty Harris Saturday, April 21, from 5 to 7 p.m.
Harris will sign his new book of traditional black-and-white photography, “Inside Looking Out,” and copies will be available for sale.
The photographer is a North Carolina native who has worked as a newspaper photographer and freelancer. He spent a few years walking through communities in North Carolina and photographing the people and places he found there. He moved to Maine in 1998. His book features many iconic Downeast Maine scenes.
