CASTINE — Senior attack, Andrew DiSalvo (Glastonbury, Conn.) was named the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week on Monday.
The two-time NAC Player of the Year, DiSalvo scored four goals and assisted on three more as Maine Maritime blanked Thomas for a 17-0 win. The senior netted his 100th career goal and scooped eight ground balls in the victory. He needs four points to become the second Mariner to reach 200 in his career. He is five assists shy of becoming the first Mariner to ever help out on 100 goals.
Maine Maritime returns to action this weekend when the Mariners host Johnson St. in NAC play. MMA will host Lyndon St. on Saturday, also in NAC play.
