MDI vs WA Rescheduled

BAR HARBOR — Mount Desert Island High School boys’ and girls’ basketball games with Washington Academy have been postponed.

The make-up date for the junior varsity boys’ will be Thursday at 5:30 p.m. in Bar Harbor.

The varsity boys’ will follow the JV at 7 p.m.

It will be the team’s “wear red night” as a fund-raiser for the American Heart Association, and also will serve as senior recognition night for the boys’ basketball, indoor track and cheerleading teams.

Parents are advised to arrive no later than 5:30 p.m.

The ceremony is set for halftime of the junior varsity game.

On Friday, the varsity girls will play at Washington Academy with a 4 p.m. tip-off.
