ELLSWORTH — A three-pointer in overtime by Darby Paul lifted the John Bapst Crusaders to a 31-28 win over the Ellsworth Eagles on Saturday.

Ellsworth had rallied to knot the score at 24-all after trailing 14-3 after one period and 19-10 at halftime.

The Eagles held the Crusaders to just five points in the second half, but John Bapst came up with seven in the overtime period to claim the win.

Emily Berry led the way for the Eagles with 12 points and Taylor True scored 10 for the Crusaders.
