ELLSWORTH — A 24-year-old Ellsworth man is facing numerous charges after he was found in possession of bath salts and other drugs.

Officer Chad Wilmot stopped Craig Strout-Desmond on Hancock Street Jan. 19 to check whether the Ellsworth man was complying with bail conditions stemming from a previous drug charge.
