ELLSWORTH — The following individuals recently were booked into the Hancock County Jail.

Jan. 12

Joshua Burhoe, 27, Lamoine, default in payment of fine, bailed.

Thomas King, 43, Ellsworth, back for court.

Neil Salisbury, 60, Lamoine, default in payment of fine, bailed.

Jan. 11

Joseph Nally Jr., 53, Hingham, Mass., sentenced to 90 days in jail for operating while under the influence (OUI) and operating after suspension (OAS).

Jan. 10

Catherine Carton, 33, Sedgwick, violation of bail conditions, bailed.

Gregory Davis, 61, Harwichport, Mass., OUI, bailed.

Jessica Lane, 29, Ellsworth, default in payment of fine.

Bruce Merchant, 35, Sullivan, sentenced to 10 days in jail for terrorizing.

Shawn Silsby, 40, Milbridge, hold for Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office.

John Swan, 39, Deer Isle, unlawful trafficking of drugs, bailed.

Jan. 9

Jerri Horsley, 43, Old Orchard Beach, default in payment of fine.

Ryan Morey, 24, Deer Isle, sentenced to 30 days in jail for being a habitual motor vehicle offender.

Garrett Preston, 19, Machias, failure to appear in court (FTA), released for time served.

Sara Schmitt, 33, Bar Harbor, default in payment of fine, bailed.

Karen Stevens, 44, Corinna, FTA, negotiating a worthless instrument, theft.
