SOUTHWEST HARBOR — Kimberly Elizabeth Neal and Michael Bernie Ordway were married Oct. 22, 2011 in an outdoor ceremony at Foxtail Golf Club in Rohnert Park, Calif.
Rick Torres of King Creole Entertainment performed the ceremony and provided music and song.
The bride is the daughter of Duane and Karen Neal of Santa Rosa, Calif. The groom is the son of Ward and Janette Ordway of Massena, N.Y. and Winthrop.
Escorted by her father, the bride had her best friend, Erica Palmatier as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were sisters of the bride, Kendra and Kelsea Neal. Ryan Ordway was best man for his brother. Groomsmen were Michael Kline and Scott McClure, friends of the groom.
The bride and groom were escorted in a vintage 1963 pink Cadillac to a reception at the home of the bride’s parents. After an East Coast reception hosted by the groom’s aunt and uncle, Debbie and Andy St. Onge, the couple honeymooned on Mount Desert Island and in Miami, Fla. before returning overseas to Mildenhall in the United Kingdom.
The bride attended Santa Rosa Junior College, majoring in kinesiology and physical therapy and is a certified massage therapist. A 2006 graduate of Massena Central High School, the groom attended Pemetic School for eight years while his father was stationed in Southwest Harbor with the U.S. Coast Guard and is now an avionics technician in the U.S. Air Force, currently stationed at RAF, Mildenhall, England.
The couple will live in Mildenhall with their four-legged friend, Rowdy.
