Halloween Event Set in Blue Hill

Written by  Fenceviewer Staff Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at 12:56 pm

BLUE HILL — The eighth grade class of the Blue Hill Consolidated School is reviving the tradition of sponsoring Halloween at the Firehouse, a community event for trick-or-treaters and their families.

The event is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 31, from 4:30 to 7 p.m.

The event will include a bonfire and music as well as a haunted hayride.

There will also be dinner food for sale. The class will sell chili, macaroni and cheese, American chop suey and hot dogs. There will also be cider and water on hand and free popcorn.

Families can also have a professional portrait taken in their costumes or buy tickets for a haunted hayride.

Prices range from $1-$5. All proceeds will go toward the eighth grade class trip.
