BLUE HILL — The Trenton Acadians wrapped up a disappointing American Legion Zone 1 baseball season on Thursday, finishing with a record of 4-17 after splitting a doubleheader with Calais.
Josh Gale drove in six runs with a grand slam homer and a two-run double as the Acadians crushed Calais 24-12 in the first game of a doubleheader on Thursday in Calais.
In the 11-3 second-game loss, Andrew Giosia drove in two runs with a double and a single and Logue and Schuyler Van der Eb each singled twice for the Acadians.
