ORONO — On Friday, the George Stevens Academy Eagle girls (24.33 points) and boys (66 points) both finished fifth in 10-team meets won by the Brewer Witches.
For the GSA boys, Ben Plohr was first in the 800-meter run in 2:06.16 and runner-up in the 110-meter hurdles in 17.31 seconds; and Daniel Weinberg was first in the 200-meter dash in 24.78 seconds and runner-up in the long jump with a distance of 18 feet, 8.5 inches.
Pierre Dillon was runner-up in the 400-meter dash in 54.92 seconds.
