LAMOINE — The Lamoine Volunteer Fire Department is gearing up for its Third Annual Hancock County Fireball, sponsored by The First.

Proceeds from this year’s Fireball will go toward water rescue equipment.

All local firefighters from neighboring fire departments in Hancock County are invited to converge for a night of fun, including: dancing with music by DJ Bill DaButler, raffles, free munchies, a cash bar and the crowning of the king and queen of the ball.

The event will be held on Saturday, March 6, at The Maine Grind in Ellsworth from 8 p.m. to midnight.

Tickets are $20 per person and $30 per couple. A table for eight can also be reserved for $115.
